Staying in this elegant 19th-century building in the centre of Uptown is a worthwhile experience; book ahead. The 50 rooms have Victorian baths, brass beds and other period features. Most aren't in the main building but in various houses on the main street, many with porches and great views. The adjoining Church Bar is a good spot for a drink.
